사우디아라비아 (King Khalid 국제 공항 기준) 유의사항
1. 화물 유형 및 구분
- 서류(Documents)
- 저가화물(Low Value) : 1,000SAR ( 약 266 USD) 미만
- 고가화물(High Value) : 1,000SAR 초과
- 개인화물 : 동일 품목 2개 이하, 개인 명의
- 상업용 화물 : 회사명의, 상업목적
2. 통관 유형 및 절차
- Bulk Clearance : 저가 개인화물 및 서류, 기관 승인 필요 없는 경우 일괄 통관, VAT 15% 적용
- 고가화물 : 개별 통관 신고필수,
- 상업용 화물 : 고가/저가 모두 개별 통관, 사업자등록증 등 서류 사전 제출 필수
3. 관세 및 세금
- 관세 : 품목별 5% ~ 20%
- VAT : 모든 비서류 화물에 15% 부과
- 고가화물 : 관세, VAT 기타비용 별도 청구
- 저가화물 : VAT만 부과, 반송시 환급 불가
4. 금지/제한 품목 (반입불가)
- 종교/정치/음란물 : 성경, 종교서적, 음란물, 정치 선전물 등
- 주류/마약/담배 : 주류, 마약류, 무허가 담배/전자담배
- 무기/폭죽/위험물 : 총기, 탄약, 폭죽, 위험화학물질 등
- 위조/중고품 : 위조상품, 중고품, 제조국 미각인 선글라스 등
- 동물/식품 : 신선, 냉동, 건조 식품, 육류, 생선, 우유, 생동물 등
- 기타: 드론(허가없는 경우), 워키토키, 도박용품, 레이저포인터, 카메라 부착안경 등
- 지역별 차이: 일부품목은 지역별(리야드, 제다 등)로 허용 여부 상이
5. SABER 및 SFDA 등 인증/승인
- SABER (제품 적합성 인증) : 상업용 필수, 개인용은 대부분 면제
- SFDA (식품의약품청) : 건강보조식품, 화장품, 식품류(개인용) 일부 조건 하 승인 면제, 상업용은 사전 승인 필수
6. 기타 유의사항
- HV(고가)스티커: 2025년 4월 23일부터 고가(B2B, B2C)화물 스티커 부착 의무, 미부착시 통관지연
- 통관 지연/반송 : 규정 미준수, 서류 미비, 허용수량초과, 스티커 미부착 시 지연, 벌금, 반송 가능
- 서류 미제출 / 연락두절 : 14일 경과 시 자동 반송, 비용 발송지 부담
- 정책변동 : 세관 정책은 수시로 변경될 수 있으니 최신 정보 확인 필수
